This is a 1-on-1 session where we discuss your running goals. Then we will test your strength and flexibility before doing a VIDEO RUNNING GAIT ANALYSIS taken from various angles. Details from the video and physical exam are discussed in depth in order to develop a training plan that meets your individual needs and performance goals.
We provide 1-on-1 physical therapy evaluation & treatment sessions to discuss your injury, medical history, and goals. Each session includes a thorough musculoskeletal examination and treatment. Treatments are specific to your individual needs and may include, but not limited to, joint mobilizations, soft tissue mobilization, dry needling, cupping, corrective exercises, and education.
Interested in having an injury prevention and fitness expert speak at your gym, office, school, or medical seminar? Our Physical Therapist is available to provide educational workshops to large or small groups.
